Order confirmation
We will obtain authorisation on your card before your order can be accepted. Once authorised we will send order confirmation to the e-mail address you have supplied to us in 'My Account'.

All About Cookies
The WWW is built on a very simple, but powerful premise. All material on the Web is formatted in a general, uniform format called HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), and all information requests and responses conform to a similarly standard protocol. Security FAQs
Why do you want my e-mail address/telephone number etc?
Answer: We ask for these details so we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order. On the rare occasions there is a delivery problem and we need to contact the customer to resolve it. We also contact customers through e-mail with special Equikro offers and information. For example, if we have your email address, we can alert you to our Internet Sale straight away. You'll be at the front of the queue! We do not make e-mail addresses or telephone numbers available to other companies.
Any goods other than faulty goods must be returned at the customers expense and
proof of posting should be obtained as we cannot be responsible for any returned goods until they have reached our warehouse.
Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)
