Equikro Returns Policy

We hope that you're happy with any product purchased,sadly at this time we are not accepting returns due to closing down.

Items bought in our 'online sale' can be exchanged but not refunded on the condition that the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that the below items cannot be exchanged unless faulty;

Made to Measure Items including De Niro Boots.
Any riding hat, body protector or underwear for health and safety reasons
Special order items (please note orders cannot be cancelled when processed)
Items purchased using a voucher or Equikro credit
We are unable to issue refunds for returned Sale or Discounted items. A credit note to the value spent will be issued instead if returned within 30 days of receipt. Sale items purchased in store or at our trade stand are non-returnable as they are deemed to be purchased as seen.

A postage fee will be charged for all exchanges.

This does not affect your statutory rights

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately and returned for inspection in not more than 7 days. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Where justified damage has occurred P&P fees will be reimbursed. Any orders that do not involve damaged or defective goods will not be eligible for P&P refund.
